the Tourism Service Regulations (Approved
Tourist Business), 5772-2011. These regulations regulate receipt
of approval that a business establishment has been found by the
Ministry of Tourism to be eligible to provide services or sell goods

Court rejecting a claim for receipt of insurance benefits under
a foreign travel insurance policy. The judgment held that the policy
does not cover preterm labor risks and that these terms were
explained to the insured and there was no flaw in the signing of the
insurance contract. The court also found no
flaw that the party in contact with the insured was not an insurance
agent (Overseas Travel Insurance - Judgments)

Full English text of the
Aviation Services Law
(Compensation and Assistance due to Cancellation of Flight or Change
in Terms), 5772-2012. This law, which was published on May 29,
2012 and went into effect on August 16, 2012, makes it mandatory to
give benefits to a passenger whose flight was cancelled or delayed;
it also requires travel agents to help passengers to exercise their
rights. The law provides that the court may
order an airline, which knowingly acted contrary to the statutory
provisions, to pay damages of up to NIS 10,000. The period of
prescription for exercising rights under the new law is four years

price or other payment to a certain index, according to the
contract, so that a fall or rise in the index shall not entitle the
